NW Smart Homes was founded in 2003 after its founders’ 13 successful years in residential land development that culminated with the first Street of Dreams event to take place in the City of Bonney Lake. The first house that we built won the 2003 Street of Dreams People’s Choice Awards in Architectural Design and Landscaping. We design all of our floor plans to bring in more natural light, cross-ventilation, and integrated indoor-outdoor living. We strive to design and build homes that not only meet the homeowners’ needs but also to reflect their personal background and culture.
